Physical Education comes to life through the practice of Jiu Jitsu! This dynamic activity will not only get students moving but also inspire exploration of new movements, boost cognitive development, and sharpen problem-solving skills.

Youth Wrestling

UPDATE- Officially Step-Up Approved program!  

Our Youth Wrestling Program is an educational enhancement offering student learning opportunities, fulfilling the physical education requirement through athletic skill-building, structured physical fitness, and character development in a safe, disciplined environment. The program takes place at our physical training facility and is led by trained and certified coaches with extensive experience in wrestling and youth sports instruction.

  • Summer Term runs 5/20-8/28 4:00-5p
  • $99 per month ($297 per quarter)
  • Sibling discounts available

 

Saturday Night Jiu Jitsu FUN!

This is a 3hr drop-off activity offered throughout the year to current students/families only. We will have themed fitness activities, Jiu Jitsu training, and teambuilding games. We announce dates via our monthly team newsletter and FB/IG accounts. 

Cost $45
